1. Order Processing Time

The processing time for custom orders begins once payment is received and all necessary details are confirmed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing custom orders.

2. Production Time

Custom orders involve a production phase to create unique and personalized items. The production time may vary based on the complexity and nature of the custom order.There is an estimated production time of 3-5 days, but it can take up to 14 days. All orders are subject to a rush order fee if needed sooner than the estimated time frame.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods for custom orders. There is an extra cost for shipping. Please note that the shipping time is in addition to the processing and production times.

4. Local Pick-up

Local order pick-up is avaliable. Once the order is completed, I will reach out to you to schedule local pick-up. The local pick-up area is at the Walmart on Bultman.

5. Tracking Information

Once your custom order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment.

6. International Shipping

For international custom orders, please be aware of any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
